2) Over 1 pounds - $15 (USPS Priority) 

3) Over 10 Pounds $30 (Fedex Ground) 

4) Express Shipping via FEDEX & UPS quoted by clients request. 

International Shipping

1) Under 4 pounds - $25USD (USPS First Class) 

2) Over 4 Pounds - $39USD (USPS Priority mail) 

3) Extra large Shipping (Over 10 Pounds) - Quoted after purchase

4) Express Shipping via FEDEX, UPS and DHL ( Calculated by weight and size after purchase by request) 

Return Policy & Refund Policy

At BangyBang we are dedicated to providing a first-class customer service experience along with our high-quality tubes. We work on every issue, question, and customer on a case to case basis to provide tailored solutions to each buyer, prior, during, and after their transaction with us. We encourage all our customers to contact us directly after the reception of their item, with any questions or concerns associated with the purchase. We address every issue brought to our attention in a fair and equable manner to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Please note, all issues must be reported directly to our store to guarantee all returns and issues are fulfilled without restrictions. 

All claims must be disclosed no longer than 14 days after reception of the package. We take full responsibility for defective tubes, and will dispatch a replacement tube within 2 business days after package is shipped back to our facility. We will test the defective tubes, and charge a 25% restocking fee only if our testing shows no sign of defect. If the items do show defect, we will dispatch a new replacement package free of charge. All returns must include RMA# and tracking number, to ensure all requests are processed efficiently.
